Since 1980 I have realized - along with my free painting - over a score of commissions by several government bodies, nonprofit institutions and companies, as well as from private persons. They concern murals, both indoors and outdoors, glass appliqués, sculptures, stage settings, temporal works of art for local manifestations, and ground designs.

I have been attached to a dozen of local and provincial council committees as an adviser to project groups in the fields of the visual arts and architecture. In these positions I advised on acquisitions and the distribution of grants, while actively supervising the realization of a large number of works of art in the public space. Furthermore I was a member of the selection committee of the National Fund for the Visual Arts.

I have organized dozens of group exhibitions, have my yearly show and my work is owned by many government institutions, companies and art collectors.
The past twenty years I found myself more and more painting in the studio. In addition I taught painting and drawing in Amsterdam, Bussum and Laren. Recently I shifted to pastel on paper.
